Pelare by Courtney Champy provides a relaxing, state-of-the-art environment inviting you to enjoy an elevated experience to reveal your enhanced true self. Pelare by Courtney Champy offers a variety of permanent hair removal treatments using thermolysis, galvanic, and blend methods.
We cater to a wide range of body areas, including eyebrows, upper lip, chin, and many others. We also provide beard shaping. In the future, we plan to expand our services to include spa procedures like facials and massage. we strictly adhere to the stringent guidelines set by HIPAA to protect both your personal and medical information.
3. Services & Products
3.1 Services: We do not offer returns for services rendered, as the service is received and completed at the time of the appointment. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and may consider issuing a refund or other resolution for valid concerns. Please speak to us directly if you have feedback or concerns about your treatment.
3.2 Products: Returns are accepted up to 15 days from date of purchase. The item must be received in original packaging, and may be dropped off or shipped back to us (at your responsibility). You will receive a full refund upon receiving the product to your original form of payment.
4. Payment & Return/Refund Policy
4.1 Payment Methods:
a. Pelare by Courtney Champy offers a variety of payment methods that may include but not limited to:
o Cash
o Square (processing all major credit cards)
o Venmo
o Cherry for financing
We accept payment after the service is completed, and pre-payment arrangements can be made upon request. Clients can choose from the following accepted payment methods:
Pre-payment arrangements require the agreed-upon amount to be paid in full before the scheduled appointment to confirm the booking. By scheduling an appointment with Pelare by Courtney Champy , clients acknowledge and agree to the accepted payment methods.
4.2 Return/Refund Policy for Products:
a. Pelare by Courtney Champy is dedicated to your satisfaction with our products. We allow returns within 15 days of purchase for reasons such as:
o Product defects or damages
o Allergic reactions to the product
o Dissatisfaction with the product's performance
To initiate a return, clients can either ship the product back to us, ensuring it is in its original
condition, or drop it off in person. A full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned
product, as long as it is not completely used.

The return policy for products is applicable within 15 days.
Please note that a 50% fee is charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours
in advance. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for valid circumstances, such as documented illness or emergency.
