24 hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours then you are financially responsible for the treatment time reserved.
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, Venmo. Please contact if you require additional financial assistance.

Time Management
We respect your time and it is important to us to run on time for you. We need respect for time to be a two way street to provide efficient care to everyone. You are responsible to be on time or even early for your reservation to help us in running on time. If you are late, (which, let’s face it, life happens) you are responsible to pay for the full treatment time you are reserved for despite the possible inability to receive the full treatment time. Your reservation time may not always be able to be extended due to other client reservations.
